Having recently for the 1st time ever in my life gotten to fire a 10mm, I think I’m in love… Is it the best round ever developed? Anyone have any personal experiences to share, or perhaps advice as to the perks & drawbacks of 10mm compared to other pistol cartridges?
10mm is awesome, Get reedy to spend some money. S&W 2.0, Glock 20 and 40, Springfield Armory XDM elite 4.5 and 3.8
Shot that and the AE50, was not impressed.
Still like the weenie little 44 magnum, 300gr doing 1430fps.
and you get to say “Make my day”
lol, I ran a G20 in IDPA for a few months, had a lot of tumbles which led to replacing it but when I had to liquidate it was .308 and 10mm I settled with
can’t carry anything compact

I have a 1911 in 10mm. Fun to shoot. Hard to find ammo locally. If I really want to mess something up I use my 454.
I now have 2 10mm’s. First is the Ruger SR1911 and recently picked up the S&W 2.0 10mm. Both are great shooters. The S&W holds almost twice as many rounds as the Ruger.
I’m a 1911 guy, a government 1911 fits perfectly…
@joeb1 Are you able to see the welcome back message above your post ok?
And… welcome back!

While I prefer the aesthetic appeal of the top one, & I’m not into reflex sights on pistols, both are beautiful just the same, & the bottom one even has my initials on the slide…
I usually don’t either, usually mounted way to high, hard to pick up, but that holosun is a circle dot, fits the slide like it grew that way, and I cut it deep into the slide so it’s close to standard sight height.
But yea, you either like em or you don’t!
10MM baby!
Don’t get me wrong, it appears to be a beautiful sidearm. Among other things, I mostly dislike the reflex site because it won’t fit the holsters I prefer.
Plebe ? Was you a Navy man ?
Well, let me say I like the 10mm , I also like 45ACP. I like bigger calibers that make bigger holes . Bigger holes =Bigger temporary and permanent wound channels=more damage .
I have one 10mm but I have several 45’s.
