From what i understand this is not true.

I don’t think that is needed. The Constitution is written in very plain English, unlike statutory laws. Anyone can provide the text.

Maybe they should have had to write essays on “the themes” involving it. :face_with_monocle:

I brought the same thing up on another group and it was explained to me by a couple people why it wouldn’t be possible. TBH, i have problems recalling some information at times, so forgive me if i cannot provide more information to my comment. :woozy_face:

There is also a law that says the states have to declare who won by Dec 15 or their electorial college votes don’t count. Dan Bongino went into this last week.
