There’s a crazy amount of editorial whoops there, its an old report, wonder if OCR software was employed to read it from paper that caused it to read as it does, distracted me from the content :man_shrugging:

I see that, but for some reason I interpret the 1A different

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

If State schools want to have prayer as chosen by the school districts, and its prohibeted largely as I see becuase they recieve federal $$$

Then is it not violating or prohibiting the free exercise thereof?

The problem is the schools are federal. Problem is the givernement says you get money from us so no prayer
Federal school = anti-christ evil in my book. Hate the BOE
Best 2 options these days …
Homeschool, Private school.
