That’s cuz it’s just fact based. No spin.
Plain facts typically work out in favor of 2A

Also regarding Paddock, from what I recall reading at one point, only 2 rifles were actually fired. This of course is unconfirmed as I have not seen that reported anywhere since, nor can I locate the article I read that in.
