Posted this up under the vid too.

Cooked this up today with a few changes. Used Hot Italian sausage and baked in the oven at 350 for about 3 hours to get it to 165. And was easy to make. Took 30 minutes tops and that included chopping and putting together. Just follow TR’s instructs and turn it out into a backing dish for the oven. OMG This is the best meat loaf I think I have ever had!!! Not dry but moist throughout. And the flavor was indescribable! I’m gonna go post a guard over the leftovers. Them dang kids aint grazin this tonight and leave me nothing tomorrow!! You are a King of the Kitchen my fine sir.
