I really don’t know how much meat we got from it. It was all used for various things and no way to weigh it.

Did that video work, or is it priate? I don’t know how all that works.

Strange how that happens. I’ve seen them shot with a 22 short behind the ear and they drop like a wet towel. We shoot them between the eyes and they drop but shake like a vibrator for a while. I can’t seem to get the guys at the boucherie to try shooting them behind the ear. That must sever the spine.
I’m still working on a better video. In that one the guy with the cleaver is my youngest son. the older one is in there also.
