Feel bad for the man and woman…I wonder what the dispute was or if it was a robbery? The criminal saved the tax payers some money by shooting himself. Also saved the armed citizen legal trouble…hopefully.

Similar incidents happen all the time.

I moderate “The Range” section on a shaving forum and one of the continuing threads is the one where the good guy with a gun takes care of business. The problem isn’t that it doesn’t happen often enough, but it happens so often that I have to pick and choose what to post. FWIW, I started that thread because folks from across the pond were wondering why we needed firearms. They got the idea fairly rapidly, but the thread continues.

Heck, the CDC, as anti gun (and freedom) as they are admits up to 3 million cases per year where a firearm stops crime. It doesn’t always involve shots fired.
