Now that is just plain cruel, all the lakes, ponds, and rivers around here, you have to chop a hole in. The Coast Guard sent ice breakers up the Penobscot today to break the ice so the tankers can get through. Reckon that will soon be a thing of the past with the new green deal, when we are not allowed to burn oil. Nice catch
