Just from the subject that was what went through my mind. Unfortunately there’s no video.

“false belief or fear”? What the fuck does that mean? That is not going to be good if that’s a legit thing.

Where is inciting a riot for the store manager.
Brandishing a firearm for the fire fighter.
False arrest for the police officer.
Treason for anyone who agree he should have been accused of any crime.

I would have never agreed to any plea deal

No doubt we can say he should have taken it to a jury but we weren’t there

Tommy Chong and Marc Emery are two similar examples where a jury trial looked best, both had their wife’s threatened for prosecution if they did not plea, my point is we don’t know what he was really up against

All in all, I think this worked out as well as it could. Luckily he didn’t get his dumb ass shot, he really ends up with no long term damage criminally speaking…and ends up getting free firearms training to boot. While I agree with his intent…I think his execution of that intent was about as stupid as you can get. I know I’ll get flamed for that, but the timing and manner of this stunt was just plain asinine.

Do we know his intent?

I’d guess too much pot was smoked but that’s just my guess

now, was there a crime?

That I don’t see, but, I’m short on details and no one asked me.
