Barely even touched on,

The short sweet summary:

  • There are enough soft impressionable minds that “they” can control.

  • They “Cambridge Analytica” got Trump elected using facebook,

  • Cambridge Analytica is no longer the “they”

Infowars was removed from social media because there is a war on for your mind and no other anti establishment media is even close to being effective.

Cambridge Analytica had Steve Bannon’s mind in play

Which was why Nigel Farage

was able to get Brexit accomplished

again, Facebook, the weapon, still exists, but unlike the last election Cambridge Analytica is not using it.

Facebook banned Cambridge Analytica from advertising on its platform, saying that it had been deceived.

Cambridge Analytica was according to the documentary paying Facebook one million dollars per day for advertising

yep, Facebook sure was deceived, and says it won’t happen again.

So I’m watching the Netflix movie suggested and even this is spun in an anti trump form. I can also tell you that I doubt any of us are part of the group targeted by their mass adds. I think they called them (changeables).

I also don’t think what they did was wrong. Everyone on Facebook agrees to the terms and conditions this allowed. In other words they gave permission for people to collect data. They also chose to watch or listen to the adds Cambridge analytical sent them. They may or may not have used this info to make their mind up on voting.

Let’s be real, they’re the ones who literally physically clicked on these personality surveys and took the survey. No one forced them to. I personally think it’s smart to work your political campaign around your constituents thoughts. They are suppose to serve us right?

We hear and read information daily that targets our thought process. From watching a TV series like “Yellowstone” that directly try’s to tie Europeans (whites) to genocide. To even schools teaching our kids what to think is evil like guns.

Suggestion should never be demonized the way this show putting out. Specially when it’s all voluntary down to the individuals decision. Now what the NSA does is a different story cause no one gave them permission. This movie suggested to watch is a dwarf in comparison to what Edward Snowden uncovered.

Not the point

the point is, there are those people out there, we do not have the medium to reach them,

The anti Trump flavor you tasted, because the girl showed remorse?

Remorse her friends pressed upon her?

Likely through Facebook?

History shows people can be pressured to go along to get along and to be silent when they should speak out

Facebook enables and amplifies that effect.

It is a weapon and wont be available to us this next election.

The girl? I assume you mean the Cambridge analytical employee? If so I think this girl was a liberal to begin with. She admitted to dressing different and acting different for the campaign slots. Even joined the NRA she said. In other words, she’s a changeable. Didn’t know it till it smacked her in the face. To tell you the truth she comes across as weak. Yet she even when asked if she thought what they did was wrong her reply was no.

I think the older you get the more you give the finger to that thought process. I could really care less what people think. I get called a racist sometimes because I oppose reparations and affirmative action. How is opposing power over me or my kids racist? It’s the opposite of racism but people who are sheep will believe what they’re told

she sold out to the money, wining, dining, prestige, and when the music stopped, became remorseful

I wouldn’t quite call it remorse when she doesn’t think what they did was wrong

Actually that movie is a total bunch of bull shit. They act as if all things of hate is from the right and that Facebook allows their targeting. All while forgetting other forms of hate like BLM. The demands of safe spaces, and reparations are also circulating on Facebook. This movie was so one sided it’s actually worth vomiting over.

It’s also just the press complaining about it. A lot of it was based on England’s law where they have no freedom of speech. I’m disgusted that people think this was a fair portrayal of wrong doing

Its all part of the gameplan

I can’t even believe we’ve seen the same movie, just floored you guys don’t get it,

not that it matters, no one’s going to stop it, Infowars was the best hope, its been declawed and not really conceivable it will reach people without being on the platforms the people are on

so, we watch as the world is set ablaze.

I agree that tech companies need to be regulated but the way I see it is that all this info was given over willingly. I don’t find this particular example disturbing. It would be nice if they gave you an option to opt out of natural data collection. But the personality quizzes were entered out of complete willingness. They performed every click to complete the test. They didn’t even have to take the quiz to keep their Facebook account. It was complete willingness to perform those quizzes

You know what, I am staying out of this one. I personally despise facebook and most social media. This stuff reeks of shit, imo.

I hate Facebook too which is why I’m not on it. But I also made the choice to get off of it because of this very thing. Most everyone knows Facebook does this. If they stay on that’s their call at their very knowing accord. You can’t say people don’t know. If you don’t like it then get off.

I agree Those who control the keys get way too much info on everything. Stats on guns, stats on porn, stats on purchases or sales, etc. it’s a matter of time before they put people away for personalities they deem out of the norm or dangerous. We won’t be the first country to try this though. That will be done by someone else first I am sure.

I mean why do you want government to get into this? Why do we need regulations on the internet. We already know what they’re doing but we won’t do anything about it like stop using the site? Why must government force us to be safe with our info? If that force comes around you won’t like it I’m sure.

Good thread. I think Joe Bob nailed it the best. Cache your stuff and leave your cellphone at home.
