Looking for a IWB (inside the waistband) holster? Look no further than the Crossbreed Supertuck. Here is my review of it
Pretty neat to see such an old blog post updated
I just received a Gunfighters inc. OWB holster for my M&P 22 magnum, seems to be a good holster tension is just right. I had to wait almost seven weeks to get it though…
I have several Crossbreed holsters . They are just 35 miles away and make good stuff. They just had a overstock sale that was over 50% off.
I used a Crossbreed Supertuck for a number of years to carry a Sig P250C 9. It came with the metal clips to anchor it in place. The tip of the rear most metal clip tore a huge hole in the back of my high back tractor seat. This occured by sliding down into the seat as was my habit. I replaced the metal clips with plastic J-clips and then replaced the tractor seat. Total cost around $200, what I consider to be an expensive lesson.
Shortly after that I traded the gun in on a Springfield XDS 9 and bought a Desantis nylon tuck holster with plastic clip. I now carry an LCP Max in a Desantis Tuck ThisII and often forget that it is there. It is that comfortable.
I have nothing against Crossbreed. But, I will never buy another holster with metal spring clips for retention in IWB.
That’s good to know about the clips and may explain my car seats, and shirts, though I think the shirts are from the butt of the pistol.
