I cant open that link for some reason, what do the actual numbers look like?

Ex. 94% of 10 people is not impressive really but 94% of 100 would be.

it is 33 CCW at 283 active in the 18 year period

Of 283 active shooter events, 33 shootings had an armed citizen present.

The description by the author is very balanced and cautions anyone from making hurried conclusions. It would seem the collection of data was not as complete, but does indicate potential armed interruption has a significant effect with as much clear data as was available…Sounds like a political statement. I apologize. I would easily take from this that I would prefer an armed person’s company, anywhere.

Thank you for posting. This is exactly the kind of information that aids the pro 2A community in waging a fact based argument in support of our right to bear.

We need to do everything we can to debunk the false assumptions and myth that concealed carriers add no value toward -stopping altogether or ending early- mass murder events.
