The instructor teaches Karate and Kickboxing and it was very freestyle, didn’t know what to expect from day to day but since I have stopped going I’ve put 15lbs on

Nope, was likely not his most fun student, didn’t wrap, used MMA gloves despite his many requests not too…

Many times I would just go do my own mini circuit workout and he seemed fine with that,

I got a workout, he got monthly dues

Its a fun sport. Great workout. I lost my one and only amateur kickboxing match. Lol
