The US Supreme Court has ruled against us on issuing a stay of enforcement of the Bump Stock Ban.
This is a BLACK DAY for Gun Rights in America
As of right now, the U.S. Government has agreed that we can have until 5 PM on Wednesday (April 10th, 2019) to turn in any bumpstock-devices and that it will retain the bumpstock-devices during the pendency of the litigation:
i.e. that they’re being turned over under protest; however, We recommend that anyone turning in a bumpstock should include a letter, consistent with what our lawyer posted previously (link below), explicitly stating that it is being turned over under protest .

Florida self-defense laws are under unprecedented attack. Florida Carry is fighting back hard in local government, the courts, and the state legislature; but cash and volunteer action is necessary to support this important work. Please Join Today.
Florida Carry is a Not-For-Profit Corporation incorporated in Florida. 501(c)(4) status has been applied for, non-member donations are not accepted, membership dues and member donations are not deductible for tax purposes.
I can see how this legal act is troublesome to everyone but starting with Florida. It will be like the Magazine ban in California, once acted on a number of lawsuits will follow. The recommendation of documenting any action with “under protest” and try to not be volunteering any information on yourself. That would be tantamount to Registration, I like the comment above " how do they know" and keep feeding the fish and alligators, plus keeping up with where your boat is…I dunno…
