Hand cuffs for EDC?

Not for EDC but maybe for post-SHTF sort of scenarios. Can you even legally detain someone like that?

I plan on running a brothel post-shtf if you are wondering, call it “Crows tail”.

In post SHTF who cares what you do? The law and lawyers won’t exist until much later and you’ll be one of many survivors, if you survive, in the same boat.

Personally I’d like to think morals and higher beliefs will still reign, but Selco Begovic tells me that all of that is trashed once society is in the toilet.

Fair enough. I mean as of right now, would be legal to detain someone with handcuffs in a defensive situation even if they were threatening your life? Or in a situation where you can legally shoot someone in defense of your life could you also cuff them? Seems like a legal nightmare even for cops now a days let alone anyone else.
