I called around this AM to locate a senior flu shot and went to get it. I could tell by the hair that the person behind the counter and the pharmacist, both young things, could be quite attractive, but with a mask on there was no way to enjoy their beauty. Face it, I’m a guy and I enjoy seeing pretty girls/women. I may be on a diet, but I can still read the menu.
I suspect mask wearing is a plot by ugly people to even out the playing field.

The guy who wrote the first article is insane, or the people polled are. Next we’ll read how muslim females who are covered in cloth from head to toe are attractive because they can’t be seen. Insanity! What’s next? Miss Universe with masks? Why not just put the mask on a manikin?
My almost 70 year old visage is nothing to frame and put on a wall, but I enjoy seeing ladies (I assume they’re ladies) that possess attractiveness.
Don’t ever assume. Many of them don’t even know what they are, or at least don’t even know what they want to be or be referred to as. It’s not safe for guys over 40 to even look around out there anymore. 
On the flip side, most ladies over 40 are cool AF all of a sudden!

I’m not so sure. Reading the report, they just said that ~70% of the cases were wearing masks, but that could just be because so many people were complying. Also, the groups were people admitted to a hospital, and the sample size is very low.
I suspect that while masks are not anywhere near a guarantee of protection for the wearer, they might reduce the chance that an infected wearer spreads the virus. There’s a reason medical masks were invented in the first place.
Or maybe masks really don’t do anything. Maybe the presence of a mask simply has a psychological effect on other behaviors, like hand washing and being careful what you touch. If masks get normalized, the effect on behavior could be lessened, especially for those not trained to work in medical environments.
Mus’, The data I was referring to has since been pulled from the CDC website. But it was a study done for the CDC and posted on their site.
It began by stating that the masks most wear today were never designed to do what they’re being asked to do today. They were designed for surgery and bacteria and to protect the patient on the table. They do absolutely nothing for the wearer. Then they tested what happens since the masks never achieve a good seal and air flows around it. They found that the test substance they put in the air was deposited on the filter material in the eddies created by the leakage and each time the wearer pulled it up and such it dislodged what had been concentrated on the mask. Since there is no seal the wearer got a concentrated dose by breathing it in. I had the study and never thought it would disappear but it was removed. What a surprise right? Can’t have a proper pandemic if people know what masks to use to stay safe.
Now with that information and experience… Wearing those masks sux. They don’t stay in place because they are held at the end and not from above so they drop and people are constantly frigging with them to get them back in place. What is one of the things we’re NOT supposed to do with our hands? Correct. Keep them away from the face. Couple that with the disappeared study and I make my case for my statement That wearing the current mask is more dangerous for the wearer than no mask at all. That was the conclusion of the study also.
There are masks that will stay up without constant adjustment and they are once again available for purchase. They tie up and at the top back of the head and don’t go around the ears. But even those are basically for show due to the nature of the filtration. There are masks that do a great job at filtration and one can wear them for hours at a time and never once adjust them. They have filters that lock in place and one uses them over and over only changing the filters as required (N95 & P95) when they get plugged. But they don’t follow the socialist agenda of everyone wearing the mask for others. They provide personal protection, but since they have an exhalation valve and the outgoing air is unfiltered they are a no-no. But they should have been used for the people at greatest risk along with quarantining them to keep them safe. But that wasn’t the point. Trump won and we needed to be taught we made a bad choice. Whitmer in MI has verified that by stating that the preventive measures would remain in place until Biden is elected.
Personally I think the chosen masks were chosen to get the death rate as high as possible. Yes, there are people in the go’vermin who are evil enough to do that. The Chinese could have been told to make us only masks that tie and don’t require constant adjustment. But that didn’t happen.
Then there is the other study that the CDC also pulled from their site where they categorically state that that the mask material itself can’t filter out flu viruses. I got a copy of that from someone here.
I suppose masks are better than paper bags -what we used for Butterfaces back in my heydey- because you can still pull their hair (upon request - keepin’it PC here 
).
