Hello all, coming from the 308AR forum. I’m fairly new to all this evil gun stuff, but I love it.
I don’t have a fancy avatar yet. Maybe one day when I grow up. I’m looking forward to learning a lot more about all things related to guns of every flavor.

Welcome! I used to live in Ocean Springs in the early 80’s. My Dad is still on the coast - D’Iberville/Biloxi area now. I go down to visit from time to time. Pretty area, good fishing and friendly folks.

My wife is from Biloxi. We use to live in D’Iberville. We moved to Ft Bayou in Ocean Springs and ended up with acreage in the middle of nowhere Vancleave. We love it out here. PM me sometime when you’re down for a visit and we’ll go shooting.

Welcome to Full30 forum @SimonSays Good to have you here. What kind of .308 you got? I’ve got a DSArms para FAL in .308. I was talking to Adams Arms on Saturday during the NRA convention, they’re sending me one of their AR10s. Looking forward to it. They make top quality firearms, already have a AR15 COR from them.

I have a Rock River Arms. 20" rifle gas and A2 stock. I just received a Magpul bipod for it today and I have a Primary Arms 3-18X50 with the Athena BPR Mil Reticle on the way. Well, it should ship in 1 to 3 months. I can’t wait for it.
I’m saving my pennies for a 260 Rem build. I don’t have all the parts locked down as of now, but I’m dreaming.

Sounds like a nice build. We just got this in today from ATN, been playing around with it to get an idea for how it works. But it’s a fully digital scope with night vision and the ability to record video and stream to your smart phone.

That’s the neck of the woods I grew up in. I lived in Bay St. Louis as a kid. Also Kiln, Picayune, and Pass Christian.
