This is fairly old 38 Special. It’s my grandfather’s and will likely go to my uncle who will in turn shoot it all. Who knows the headstamp?

Most likely Remington manufactured ammo from the 70’s or 80’s(60’s would have had a dash between the R&P, yours has a dot). Brass was manufactured for Remington by either Winchester or IVI. Standard fare .38spl.
