Holster review – DeSantis 1911 SoB holster

I have tried the small of back carry a few times and was not fond of it. The DeSantis holster was good overall with one quirk. The barrel protection extension did quite often rub and irritate my back when wearing a 4.25" barrel.

Was a good read , didnt quite understand how the 5" would present less problem then a 4.25"

The 5 might pass the hole but the 4.5 might be knocking at the door to get it. Sorry. Lol

The tab would move and rub the back, with the 5" the barrel held it in place so it wouldn’t rub a raw spot on my back.
