Holy Hogs, Batman!

I hope this will open. One of my workers got this on his FB from a friend.
Well crap. It’s an MP4 and it won’t upload. Isn’t this exciting. Anyway, it is a video of a couple of shooters with HUNDREDS of hogs stampeding by as they shoot as many as they can.

Anyone know how to convert MP4 to something that will upload?

Ok, here it is but with an ad added to it. I did not put in the ad, so I’m not trying to sell anything.

Geesh, what a pathetic haul in such a target rich environment. This. This is why we need AR-15’s!

Yeah, it takes way more skill than this fellow has to be quick enough with a bolt action.
Practice, practice.
Even using a semi-auto won’t necessarily get the job done without educating one’s self.
Some of the well known training facilities teach how.
There’s quite a few demonstrations of rapid firing a bolt action still on youtube.

An M60 would be fun there.

An M60,
Eghads
Really.
Who would want to be there when that happened?

They picked a horrible action for in close hog hunting. Lever, pump, semi auto all would have been way better

I agree! My Dad and I went hog hunting in East Texas a few years ago. I had my cheapo scoped Savage .30-06 bolt action. All of a sudden some hogs came darting out about 20 yards away. I only managed to hit one, and it was a bad rear spinal column hit, so it didn’t kill it right away - just left it crawling on its front legs. Had to run up and dispatch it quick with a .45 handgun hit to the head.

It was much different from shooting at a still paper target or even a slow walking hog.
