Welcome from Florida, y’all are inspiring me to go get some squirrels and try some recipes. The tiny little bones creep my family out so maybe make them into something more like a taco or bbq.

Rattlesnake Tacos are OK. Probably good for Squirrel too.

A good first time Squirrel culinary experience might be this recipe, no bones in gravy:

You may pick up on a theme here many Squirrel Chefs are big on gravy. My favorite is brown mushroom gravy. Personal tip, soak 'em in buttermilk over night in the 'frig and add red wine to gravy to taste…
