Howdy to all you liberty lovers and defenders… Glad to be somewhere that a discussion of what is actually going on in the USA isn’t socially unacceptable, and the thread isn’t automaticaly and immediately deleted.
As a Christian the truth, right over wrong, good over evil are intrinisic to me. Truth needs to told and lies exposed. As an American Patriot Liberty and Justice for all need to be defended. Firearms are important to their defense as the Founders saw. They were intended as a final check in the Republic’s preservation. Our Founders recognised that evil at all times must be exposed and stopped. Sometimes that requires arms and folks that can use them.
After decades I still like most anything firearm related. The history, the craftsmanship, the innovation and precision.
I enjoy rifles probably the best, but appreciate all types… Well not too fond of belted magnums.
I prefer accuracy over velocity and big recoil. Winchesters, and Savages over Remingtons. 1911s are great but CZ75s and some of their clones fit my hand better.
Not much about firearms that isn’t interesting to me. Working on them, targets or hunting. Nowadays really getting into reloading more, and now casting too.
There is a lot to learn in every area and I enjoy it all.
I almost did the usual, but because of the Freedom here I felt I should say more about what I believe, and how I think. Anyway, I am glad to be here, and grateful to have found the site.
Nice to meet you. My Grandfather was born in Black Eagle across the river from Great Falls. Love Montana, good folks and its beautiful too. We used to be in Crook County just across the border. Some of my wild days found me greeting the sun on one scori road or another between Miles City and home. Good times
My goal is to reload everything we shoot… What I shoot mostly is .223/5.56 .308Win, but also 6Tac, 6.5C, 6.8 Spc. 270WSM is going out the door and looking to go 6.8 Western.
Have a 6.5 PRC and am hoping to add a 338-375 and the 375 Ruger. Pistol’s just the usual 9mm, 38Spl, .357, 40S&W.
Like to add the 10mm and .380.
Even thinking of reloading rimfire. Especially the 22M but maybe even the 22LR. Not that I want too…
Thank you, it sure seems like it so far. I have found it ironic that sites/forums that say that they are pro 2A limit your 1A. I am not talking about being mean, disrespectful, or a troll. I have been so surprised that mentioming Jesus or Election Integrity or anything that happened in the last year gets you silenced. They don’t have an area even where that could happen.
Here there is the ‘Market Place’ at least a conversation about what is happening to our Nation and the World can happen. Liberty, and all rights need to be exercised to be preserved. Nothing happens in isolation and the 2A and all that follow are dependent on the 1A. Thats why it came first.
