A BILL
To repeal the provisions of the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act prohibiting the bringing of qualified civil liability actions in Federal or State court.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This must be stopped!!!
Obvious reasons.
This Act may be cited as the “Gun Manufacturers Accountability Act”.
SEC. 2. Repeal of prohibition on bringing qualified civil liability actions in Federal or State court.
Unfortunately don’t think we are 100% safe in the senate. Republicans can turn coat pretty fast for votes and emotions. The law of average tells me at least one anti-2A bill gets through Congress to the presidents desk…which will likely be signed.
Just remember, Republicans by a large margin suppprt red flag laws so anything is possible to get through the senate and to the pres’ desk which he will sign.
