Letter #5673

Greg Totten
District Attorney

Ventura CA 93003

Dear Mr. Totten:

I am a member of a revolutionary group. We forced the King to sign the Magna Charta in 1215 at the point of a sword in a field near Runnymede. Later we wrote the Declaration of Independence which is still recognized authority in some jurisdictions today. Then we wrote the constitution. We the People are the Sovereign described in the Magna Charta, The Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution, and the California Constitution.

I am informed that recently you swore to uphold the constitution. That is why I am writing.

We the People are the Sovereign described in the Magna Charta, The Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution, and the California Constitution.

Fortune always favors the bold. We have lost our faith in ourselves and our boldness.
All of the people on here talking about how brave they are… they forget if they just get behind something it will move mountains.
Ultimately the failure for Virginia to resist what is happening is purely on the people there. Fear controls them, they would prefer to be enslaved over being bold.

And a man with money and time to burn. Good luck with this strategy today, the state has sewed up the loose ends, stare decisis allows the judges to ignore the constitution and enforce the states immoral authority.
I tried fighting the seat belt law in the late 80’s. They took my license for non payment of fine and put me in jail when they caught me driving without it. IF I could have afforded to do without a paycheck and had the money to hire a lawyer, if I could have have found one to even argue the case against the system they make a living on, then maybe just maybe I could have prevailed, NOT! and neither did Charlie despite what you hear in the video above.

This mess we are in will not be fixed in court, it is going to take a total reset of society. How that reset happens is up in the air but the longer we wait for it the more violent it will be. I do agree that we need to stand up as individuals against this oligarchy that is the establishment but individual action will not fix it alone. We need individuals to take a stand but for the purpose of leadership, it will take a large group of people to fix this and groups need leaders. Take a stand for the constitution and your God given rights but don’t think for a minute that you can do it on your own, find and lead a group of like minded.

Atlas Shrugged shows an excellent recipe, until enough people remove themselves from the system the system will continue. When enough people remove themselves the system will fall of its own weight. Going John Galt…

I think I have found the ultimate way to not contribute to the establishment, to deny the state my productivity, I became a federal employee…

Yes well that not exactly correct, you are entitled to contract with whomever you wish, the right to contract is protected

impairing the Obligation of Contracts

ring a bell?

Its also not limited

https://www.law.cornell.edu/ucc/3/3-202

So my guess is you were party to a negotiated agreement, a contract, to wear your seat belt.

I was coerced, does that not make the contract invalid? I could elect not to drive but is that a realistic option in today’s society? Maybe for some but for the vast majority life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness depends on driving a car.

Not following, I am not a lawyer and absolutely hated contract law class.

And the videos are misleading, Charlie did not prevail. Could be local LEO’s decided he was harmless and it was a waste of time to pursue it. That is as it should be, a local issue.

Contract Clause, rarely mentioned is in the United States Constitution
Article I, section 10, clause 1:

IMO is the cornerstone for everything.

It is but like most of the document they don’t seem to have an issue ignoring original intent when it suits them. The constitution is only valuable if we make them abide by it…that has not been the case since before my time. I vividly recall the first time I read it thinking I must have missed something because this is not how our government works.

Hypothetical mind bending question

If a president were elected who was foreign born despite it being unconstitutional wouldn’t it still be constitutional if contracts are protected and the people contracted for said president?

Wasn’t meant to be the subject matter

contracts are

that hypothetical mind bending question is meant to simply create a different perspective,

The constitution itself is nothing more than a contract, correct?

So, what if everything is a contract/contracted?

Would you guess your local court has a business credit rating?

Spend some time, look up things you wouldn’t look up

I lived in an area where the Court House was a neat historical building, and the business was conducted and the Judicial Center, couple blocks down from the pretty Court House

When I was in there was no females there, they had their own outfit. No gay scout masters either.
We also learned firearm safety and target practice in the churches basement.
That does not happen any more.

Oh yeah firetruck political correctness, it is UNAmerican.
