^^^^This. We bought our property and built our house with staying put in mind. It pays having a creek as the headwaters to a natural watershed running through the back of the property. There’s an old Mill race on the property as well -tells me the location is a very reliable source of constantly moving clean water. We do have another parcel of land 4 miles away that’s heavily wooded with a two story semi-finished shed on it -no power. Also a natural waterway running though three sides of that. It’s far more rural and I only know the neighbors from the occasional friendly how ya doin’ when I mow. So yeah… staying put means staying alive for us. We’re at a dead end and have a decent defensive posture, even moreso if we coordinate blocking the road with the neighbors.
Despite the Washington state House Bill 2118 and Senate bill 5963
I am staying put.
As well you should too
Looks like the IRB Fl. residence is going up for sale.
Looks like St Augustine Fl beach next.
BTW I’m in “sticker shock” on both.
Wyoming, where it is cold and nobody wants to go. Kansas, the Dakotas, Montana…
I lived in Montana for over 9 years… i was tired of the cold qith in 90 days…
I think parys of Wyoming are beautiful, certainly more fewe to roam there. All the rich bastards have Montana locked up…
