If you had to relocate what state would you move to?

Liberals are a natural disaster. If yellowstone blows everyone dies. Idaho has very little natural disasters including liberal infestation.

Ive thought about going down south to pick up a gator or two for gaurd dogs though.

FYI if the Yellowstone super volcano erupts every person in North America will die. If not in the initial blast but the resulting after effects. Would not be surprised to see if it was an extinction level event.

But yea, who cares if it goes, you don’t feel it trust me. These are really only a few tiny spots in the country worth living for people who like the constitution, want wilderness / elevation / seclusion and or don’t want to be controlled by democrats. Idaho is mostly one of them. Boise is a mixed bag but doesn’t seem to be too bad at spoiling the whole state, at the moment. The rest of the state is pretty red / libertarian. Utah is pretty similar as is Wyoming. All three are 2A friendly.

Im already preparing my own ‘Republic of Dave’ for teotwawki. Im going to claim the NE corner of Oregon instead of the NE corner of the Capital wasteland though.

Too bad Montana is starting to go all wacko… W / SW Montana looks to be pretty awesome.

Utah is going that way too isnt it?

No, not even close. There are two decent sized towns that are starting to turn blue (St. George and to a smaller extent Cedar City) but trust me–Utah will be the last state that turns blue due to the Mormon population. Say what you want about their beliefs they are overall nice people and like the 2A. I spent all of last few years doing reconnaissance on the perspective relocation spots and Utah scored VERY high on my list, in fact right behind Idaho and in front of Wyoming and Montana.

I thought they were trying pass an AWB up there?

Source? I find that highly dubious as they are so pro-2A a large portion of teachers carry in class. They are more 2A friendly than my home state of Texas.

Good old Romney…

And I am never surprised at what goes on in a school’s campus at any level these days. These places are the worst of the worst in our country outside of the full-blown socialist states like CA.

I agree with your volcano opinion @Chuparosa, if that one happens it will be goodnight for all. 1980 May 18 I’ll never forget it and we are several hundred miles to the east of ground zero when St Helens popped her top.

While I agree with you in this opinion I also wouldn’t put my family right in the middle of it
Just my .02 on that

I have visited Utah and Idaho I’ve only been to Jackson hole Wyoming to snowboard and that’s not a good representation of the state

In my humble opinion there’s not really any place that’s very safe for people like us we are wolves among millions of sheep

I stated Tennessee because it’s beautiful and you still have all four seasons
And they have the Freedoms for Firearms act

Judging from last election Idaho is one of the reddest states on this side of the U.S.

Which is why we’re going there.

My job has had me living for six months or longer in 15 different states now, no place I would rather be than home in Iowa. People are leaving my part of the state at a pretty good pace, a plus. Very few people would even think to go there, another plus. More food and clean water there than you can imagine. Soil is so fertile if you drop a button off your shirt a button weed will grow. As soon as I can draw a pension I will be relocating to home!

Not sure yet. Southwest I think. I’d like to be whee there are trees but also near Oregon since that’s where the kids will be

I would stay away from the Boise ,Nampa, and Caldwell area and I would avoid the Coeur d’Alene area. The rest is pretty nice, ive been all over Idaho.

Your best bet is likely near Idaho City or Emmett. Avoids Boise city limits enough to matter but is still close by if you need an airport / hospital. Some trees and mountains and etc. Weather is nice too. Otherwise if you don’t mind the other end of the state there are a ton of great areas with forests and mountains to go with like-minded people. Swan Valley, Island Park, Ashton, Rexburg and Victor/Tetonia to name a few. That’s where we will likely end up.
