Hey, Robert! What else? Off the top of my head, if you go to a 3 day pistol class and bring a p10c for your primary and a p10f for your spare, be sure to bring a Glock, just in case both of your CZ’s fail.
Ask me how i know.:joy:

oooh no, lol,

Years back I took a CCP class, lol,try to guess what I brought to shoot

A Tech 9 :yep:

My cycle endorsement I took a full dressed bike, couldn’t even see their damn cones, plowed em down neatly, they passed me, likely just for showmanship as everyone else had a variety of scooters

Go big or go home

I took my Motorcycle drivers test many many years ago back before they required a class , & I think alot of guys would haul the bikes to the test. Well I drove there. The person administering the test came out said . Where you live I told him and he said you drive that all the way over here. I said sure did. He said give your card. I said here he said you passed. Everywhere is curvy etc…99% of the way there . :joy: Ive had em ever since. I think that was in '98 I  think 25 yrs. Ago.

@58marine I totally agree on the tactical shooting verses static shooting. Many hunters possibly possess the accuracy to stay in the 10 ring but the legs and moves uh I dare say alot lacking in the department.

My P9 has never failed… yet. Doubt the 75B ever will.

So many guns so little time. I have come to realize ,Of this one thing I am sure,I will never live long enough to buy all the guns I want.

Yep. Thats the kind of luck I usually have.
The p10c went down about 1/2 way through the first day. Dead trigger, wouldn’t reset. The p10f started jamming on the second day, nose diving into the bottom edge of the feed ramp. About a year ago I sent it to CZ for the same issue. CZ has both of them right now.

I really like the p10’s, except when they stop running, of course
The p10c has had alot of rounds through it, though.
About 3 years ago I had to send it back to CZ for warranty work. Maybe the worst part of having 2 CZ’s fail at a pistol class was having all the Glock guys busting me for 3 days.:joy:

That is just weird , I dont think I ever heard of a double failure like that. Seen jt in plenty of movies though :joy:

I know hammer’s triggers can fail too, but I just can’t warm up to strikers. I have never owned one, but keep threatening to.

I ran and recommend a VP9 , very friendly, sites required dead on/ cover up hold, really became fond of the paddle release

And Walther PPQ is another one I liked

All in all I don’t hate striker fire, they work no doubt, but still prefer a SAO

If y’all are interested, here’s the email CZ just sent me.

Work Performed: Polished and adjusted feed ramp and honed chamber. Functions checked and test fired good with CCI Blazer 9mm 115gr FMJ, Speer LE 9mm +P 124gr GDHP, Federal Premium LE 9mm 147gr HST, in all 5 customer supplied magazines.

This one is for the P10f. Pretty much the same thing they did a year ago.
I dont have high expectations.

Well, since I derailed the hell out of this thread, a little more probably wouldn’t hurt.
Got the P10c back, today. They must have given it a complete disassemble & cleaning 'cause its spotless. Here’s their report on what was done.

Description: CZ P10 C 9MM, FDE, 15RD

Work Performed: Replaced broken trigger bar springs, replaced rear insert, adjusted slide stop spring, and cleaned out internals. Functions checked and test fired good with CCI Blazer 9mm 115gr FMJ. Note: We recommend a more frequent cleaning regimen to prevent carbon build-up that can hinder firearm performance.

Broken trigger bar springs appear to be the reason for dead trigger. The rear insert was replaced because the ejector was bent. The slide stop spring was " adjusted" because it has a habit of slipping off a pin that holds it in place.
Think I’ll keep carrying the Glock for a while . Not ready to trust the CZ’s yet.

Very surprised still. I haven’t heard about one doing a hard stop like that.
