Is a Springfield 53a .22 barrel/bolt carrier/trigger assembly compatible with a Stevens 15 stock and trigger guard?

I’ve been trying to help a guy find a stock for a Springfield 53a .22 barrel/bolt carrier/trigger assembly to no avail, though knowing that it’s Savage/Springfield/Stevens now, and seeing several listings for Stevens 15 stocks with trigger guard, I’ve been wondering if they are in fact completely compatible… If not, does anyone know where I might come up with 1 that is? :thinking:
(He’s not worried about historical restoration, or aesthetic beauty, simply wants to be able to safely shoot it.)
