Is Sig gaslighting the public about the new P226 X-5 grouping on target?

At about 3:17 into the video, Phil says that the grouping is 0.390" on target. It looks almost like an inch and a half to me. The target was shot at 10 meters (roughly 11 yards) too.

The big squares are an inch. They probably didn’t count the one round.
Even with the 1 flyer the group is less than an inch.

That might be the case. I was talking to someone who does these types of testing for a living. He said that chambering the round by hand will also have an effect on point of impact on some guns.
