Kentucky has become the sixteenth state to pass Constitutional Carry. Kentucky Constitutional Carry allows people, who can legally own a firearm, carry them concealed without a license. Please take a moment to read the article, watch the video and share it.

so I guess there is a question. At least for me. When states declare constitutional carry is there any upside to keeping a concealed carry license?
