Back seat or small kitchen
Iâm not here to show you all the error of your semi-auto religion. If anyone wishes to join the majority and worship at the polymer pulpit you go right ahead. Facts are your plastic fantastics simply arenât all that great at doing anything beyond chewing through lots of ammo.
All i hear is how awesome Col. Cooperâs 10mm is. Well, having shot the 10, I can say that it runs neck to neck with most 357âs, which ainât bad, but its certainly is not top dog.
I previously mentioned a situation where capacity could be king. I am sure there are others, but arguing that any polymer upstart is as accurate as a good sixgun is just plain ridiculous. Its sort of like claiming that an 80mph fastball is no different from one at 100.
Now before everyone becomes a zealot and goes to war for their sacred cows, I will say that all sixguns are not made equal, and there are those that wonât shoot, no matter what you do.
That, folks, is the reason why some sixguns are worthy of being made into works of art, because when the chips are down, they can be counted on.
Nuff said.
LOL, youâre kinda like a guy i know that always makes fun of Hi Point guns, granted they are ugly. i tell him go to the hood and talk trash and hopefully your spirit wonât make fun of you when you die from a hi point wound. all guns are not equal that is true but any of them can kill you. Also nobody said revolvers are junk, i have a few and enjoy them.
But youâre the one that made fun of the plastic pistols, For your sake i certainly hope you never have a situation where you are outnumbered by mousefarting plastic pistols. Dude yer stuck in the 1800âs and you ainât Wyatt Earp.
Been holding off, but now I need to get a yeet cannon! Lots of surface area to laser on.
I was sold on the Coonan .357 for awhile, ended up with 10mm in a 1911
I like Sixguns plenty well, but hooked on the SAO trigger in an auto, I did run a J frame once in a bug match, kept squeezing the trigger expecting more than five rounds
Thats my point. Zealots like belt fed have to try to make it personal, its a religious ego thing, but its actually pretty simple: you appreciate accuracy, or you expect to launch a flurry.
If people were honest, they would admit they like spraying more than aiming. For them, the Glock is a godsend.
well crap, ifân yer gonna call me a fancy word name, at least explain what it means.
A flurry ? is that not an ice cream thingy from dairy queenâŠand as far as Belt-Fed having a religious ego thing, WHEW, you sure missed on thatâŠsorry Belt-Fed you ZealotâŠ
Iâve been called worse.
I have called you worseâŠ
LOL
Depends on what I am doing . If im hunting I carry a revolver usually a model 629 S&W . If iâm in the city or around people I carry a double stack 9mm . Most of the time it is a Sig 365 out to about 40 yards I will keep all shots in about a five inch group center mass and given time can make head shots so I dont feel under gunned .
I will never forget the smart A$$ smug looks on the other basic class rookie when they seen I was toting a sixgun⊠a Ruger GP100 , well needless to say the nasty looks where all wiped away replaced almost with tears when they were told from here on out all training and shooting was gonna be done with the state trooper .357 mag revolvers they had turned back in when the state made em go to 40S&Ws. If I remember right they was allowed to qualify with there own gunâs which the city or institution they was hired by had to supply that particular amount of ammo.
And so a Zealot , a fanatically committed person.
Lol I like it cause I think Im a Zealot too. I love me some revolvers. I am a fanatic about em. And am willing to spend a 1000+ on just one.
So yeah Belt Fed I would wear that badge proudly. I like shooting pistols but my heart beats for a big bore Revolver âŠ!!!
I be more of a cretin than a zealot.
You forgot the Van driving cretin partâŠ
Well, you may be foolish and unintelligent but at least ya gots lots of gunsâŠ
I thought cretin was a supplement for body builders.
