I’m no gunsmith and don’t have the skill or confidence like some of the talented, brilliant genius individuals we are blessed to have here. But, that didn’t stop me & i didn’t
fuck
anything up. I just wanted to install an mlok rail on my AR9 pistol build. Would have been easy, but the muzzle device left NO clearance for the locks to turn into & lock.& the mlok screws needed shortened. I marked the area needed, removed the hand guard, broke out the files & die grinder. Far from a professional job, but it all worked out.
Great job, looks professional
I’ve been custom fitting & manufacturing parts for starters and alternators for 26 years, not much with guns though. Its different when its your own ‘babies’ lol. Figured the worst case scenario, I’d have to buy another muzzle device.
Nice job.
Oh, that’s brave. I couldn’t bring myself to do that.
What did you put over the filed part to protect the metal? Or does it not need anything?
And forgive my stupidity here, but what kind of muzzle device is that?
That looks really good and professional. I bet the alternator experience came in handy.
I understand. Lol
Great job buddy, sure looks good.
Lookin good, there may be some hope for you after all.
Tell me about it, what a bully he is and now he can see who he is actually bullying.
Thanks! For the record, beltfed harasses himself. I’m very nice to my elders…
Nice
Looks like you did a fine job. Remember if it works it’s not stupid.
Job well done.
Can’t be in the bubba army with that attitude, must keep going
@LonewolfMcQuade looks good Russ
And it wasn’t as hard as you thought huh
Initially you just have to get over the fact that your working on your own weapon and it gets easier
I applaud you for Finnaly breaking the barrier
I hear dremels are standard issue for bubbas
Good work!!!
Oh it’s not easy lmao I’m happy it worked out for you
