stealing from The Dollar Store in the Carolina’s. Not one white person attended the the looting and thievery.

Looting should be a class B felony with a minimum sentence of 20yrs in prison. I hate thieves.

Was this predominantly a black community?
If so, that might explain the lack of whites involved.
Just a thought.
