Great for Idaho!
Not sure I would want most 18 yr olds with guns though concealed.
After some type of training perhaps or some way to show responsibility.
Most 18yr olds I know that are not in the military are pretty strange.
That is if you can get them to look up from their damn phones long enough to engage in human to human dialog.
But good for Idaho.
A step in the right direction.

@AgentVenom, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Montana. Those are next and in some cases most are already starting to turn. I predict Arizona will outlast Texas and New Mexico / Nevada being a complete lost cause within the next election cycle.
