All well and good, But at the first opportunity the Fed’s will nail somebody like they did in Kansas just to show Missouri they still have the power to do what they want.

^ This. A state will have to literally leave the union and arrest and deport the US government personnel in order to truly be autonomous and govern itself. Good luck with that, we tried that in Texas and Obama pretty much told us to F off.

So what states have 2nd amendment protection acts?

Those with Acts In Place:
Utah
Idaho
Montana
Wyoming
South Dakota
Kansas
Arizona
Tennessee
Alaska

That is it folks.
All others have rejected or are just considering.
Next is who will; or has enforced that act?
Think about it.

That’s the point, If the Fed’s can still enforce Federal Law when Missouri say’s no, then what did it accomplish ? If Missouri literally used there LE to turn away and remove any Federal LE from Missouri ? That would not end well for Missouri. I don’t think any Fed should be allowed to do anything law enforcement wise anywhere in the U.S. unless local LE allows them to…with the local LE overseeing what happens, but that is not how it works…

You know the fed doesn’t own our states, just the opposite. The States have the absolute right to tell the fed they don’t want them there. During the oil fabricated crisis of the 70’s the Fed said all highways are 55 MPH. Texas said we are big straight and flat and we will drive any speed we want to. The fed said you will lose all your highway funding. Texas said we will keep our tax dollars and throw your silly butts out of here. Texas set their speed limits at 70 mph and they did not lose their highway funding. Think about the implications of that for a minute. Another example was Arizona and the R-12 fight. The fed epa said no more, Arizona said up yours we will continue to make it here and sell it here and if you think you can stop us you better start sending you troops in because we will fight. Arizona continued to make R-12. The fed is not almighty GOD, it is in fact very limited and when the states start to fight back it has no constitutional authority to stop them. Remember all rights and powers not specifically enumerated to the federal government are reserved unto the states and the People respectively.
And while I hate to put any positive light on it, don’t forget California and the sanctuary state thing. They did not heed to the fed and the fed did nothing to them for it. So the fed is very limited in what it can do to the states if they choose to refuse to listen to them.

The ONLY duly elected law in this country is the Sheriff. All other leo’s are hired on by the gov. The Sheriff is the ONLY law enforcement agency that is directly accountable to We The People. They are elected, not hired and it is We The People that decide at the ballot box if we will re-elect them or not.

never said the Feds were GOD…and how many times have the Feds over ruled and states complied ? way more times than the states denied them…The states mostly obey the Feds on about everything. Look at what being sanctuary cities and states is doing, ruining them financially and destroying those places, maybe the Fed is smart enough to let them do it and has fun watching them fall apart ? which they are.

And how many times have local Sheriff’s physically removed any Fed’s from there Counties ? Local County Sheriff’s are the CLEO of that County and have a lot of power which as we know also gets abused a lot. Majority of local Sheriff’s will and have worked with the Fed’s because they like the federal money for buying stuff for the departments, nice big armored vehicles, guns, training and other stuff. I don’t see any revolts by Sheriff’s that matter in the big picture, yes there has been a few Sheriff’s who have said they would not enforce some of the federal gun BS, but it has only been a few, not enough to matter. Maybe at some point that will change ? the next demoRat POTUS I believe is when we will find out how many of them will obey or say No, could be very interesting.

Some Sheriffs will I hope.

In 2016 Marty Gleave stood up to BLM

In 2013 to Obummer after Sandy Hook incident.

The following is the full letter sent to President Obama from the Utah Sheriffs’ Association.

"Dear President Obama:

"We, the elected sheriff’s of Utah, like so many of our fellow Americans, are literally heartbroken for the loved ones of the murdered victims in Connecticut. As Utahans, we are not strangers to this kind of carnage - one of the latest being the 2007 Trolley Square murders wherein nine innocents were gunned down - five losing their lives.

"We also recognize the scores of the other recent domestic massacres, which have decimated countless honorable lives. As Americans, we value the sanctity of live. Furthermore, similar to our inspired Founders, we acknowledge our subservience to a higher power.

"With the number of mass shootings America has endured, it is easy to demonize firearms; it is also foolish and prejudiced. Firearms are nothing more than instruments, valuable and potientially dangerous, but instruments nonetheless. Malevolent souls, like the criminals who commit mass murders, will always exploit valuable instruments in the pursuit of evil. As professional peace officers, if we understand nothing else, we understand this: lawful violence must sometimes be employed to deter and stop criminal violence . Consequently, the citizenry must continue its ability to keep and bear arms, including arms that adequately protect them from all types of illegality.

"As your administration and Congress continue to grapple with the complex issue of firearm regulations, we pray that the Almighty will guide the People’s Representatives collectively. For that reason, it is imperative this discussion be had in Congress, not silenced unilaterally by executive orders. As you deliberate, please remember the Founders of this great nation created the Constitution, and its accompanying Bill of Rights, in an effort to protect citizens from all forms of tyrannical subjugation.

"We respect the Office of the President of the United States of America. But, make no mistake, as the duly-elected sheriffs of our respective counties, we will enforce the rights guaranteed to our citizens by the Constitution. No federal official will be permitted to descend upon our constituents and take from them what the Bill of Rights - in particular Amendment II - has given them. We, like you, swore a solemn oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, and we are prepared to trade our lives for the preservation of its traditional interpretation.

As a proud resident of Tennessee, most of the indicators of freedom and liberty included in the Sheriff’s letter of intent to the President at the time, are shared by me and many others here. Thanks for the reminder.

So the states allowed that, what does that tell you? We hear a lot about the presidential and congressional elections, but what about the town councilmen, the mayor, the local sheriffs, the school boards. Our society is what has deemed appropriately what we let it become. We should start at the street level and work our way up. That is the only nonviolent way we are going to be able to retake this nation and bring it backs to it’s Constitutional roots. The courts aren’t going to do it. Their by and large the greatest art of the reason this nation is in the mess it is in today.

But all this does not change the fact that the states DO have the authority to act against the fed if the fed gov is attempting to subvert the Constitution of the nation or the state, or trying to take the legitimate rights of We The People. Whether they choose to do so or not is in the hands of the citizenry of any particular state, and does not alter the fact that they can if they so choose.
