a week ago I bought some from a guy alongside the road, 50 a pound,
today I walk out of the camper and bam!

short season, I’d grab at least ½ # and fry them up while you can
The car IMO is a sign he’s retired and well off enough to hunt morels, buy some and thank him!

Clarified Butter - for cooking with real butter that won’t burn because the milk solids are removed. It’s delicious and soooo much better than crisco. And better for you also. It’s not trans fat like crisco is.
