What movies were awesome back in the day that blow now that you think of it?
Movies from the late 70s to early 90s count…
These two fit the bill, even as a kid I liked these (in the 90s) but they steadily got worse over the years…I mean … Tong-Po the rapey uncoordinated giant Thai boxer was cheesy as hell.
I sort of still like this one though
Anything with van dam sucked. he was a horrible actor. Arnold wasn’t a great actor but his shows were always action packed. most of van damn was kung fu crap.
The rock turned out to be a decent actor.
Not 80s though. Rocky was awesome, Dolph is a legit badass. He almost killed a dude with a knee to the face in a bareknuckle Karate match back in the day.
Children Of The Corn. https://youtu.be/-EgXdhceKJI I thought it was scary when I was young but when I shared it with the kids they laughed at it and then at me:
I liked that one but havnt watched it for about 20 years lol.
Im guessing pet cemetery is probably in this category too.
While I thought the newer “IT” was cheesy , it was still better than the original…mostly…Tim Curry and the Black actor(forget his name) performed thier roles to perfection and the teenager s were pretty good in thier roles but…the rest was too cheesy, imo. The adult actors sucked and the spider made it seem like Goosebumps.
Anyone else think Trump is just Buff Tannon grown up?
Really kids I am appalled.
The 80s gave us legendary movies, oh like one of all of our favorites:
my all time fav:
