I remember my parents response to my music several decades ago, “turn that devil shit off!” Followed by my mother taking her Bic lighter to all my cassettes & melting the ribbons! I remember taking apart & splicing all of them.

I didn’t know they where the public political types, but on the same token I don’t think Simmon and Grafunkle would be any different.
