Something else you might want to consider is to replace or modify the disconnector.
Some 1911s have too large a hole for the disconnector and would benefit from adding some material to it so it doesn’t rock in it’s hole.
Just a thought.
There’s also a ready made one that cures this, too.
Unfortunately, I can’t remember from whom.
A web search should reveal it.
I put them in my 1911s with good results.
Wilson Combat has them on their web site.

I only use Wilson sears and disconnectors

This build is on hold at the moment because I ordered a trigger 14 days ago and it still hasn’t arrived
Nine of the local shops here have any either
Except the night hawk custom all in one trigger
For 300 and that’s not gonna happen

Well I got my trigger finnaly

Ejector is to big for the slide

Oh I found the blem
Ejector track

  Since I am new to this I have to ask. Is this something that can be fixed?

Which?

Ejector track

There is track in the slide that the ejector fits into
The track isn’t completely cut out
Hence the blem
Basically you have to fit the ejector to fit now

Jesse, can you put up a pic of it?

I will when I get home from the shop today
