This may actually be a good sign. It has the potential to shift attention away from guns altogether if a large part of their base are all of a sudden interested in protecting themselves / exercising their 2A rights.

Doubt it, they will probably have the same mind set as politicians and think “For me not for the” and continue to vote for idiots that will trample our 2a.

Even if it brings a small % to realizing they need the 2a it’s a plus! Like you said we can hope!!

I would love to see a stern pro gunner democrat. I know they’re out there. In 2016 one was running and lost because of his stance on guns.

But I also feel that republicans buy as gun enthusiasts and self defense. Democrats buy with hatred for the right. Just they way I have always felt.

Good point, but I would refine that by saying liberals buy with emotion. It seems that everything they do or say is driven by an excessive emotional response. Hence :arrow_heading_down:
