"Nicknames" after screen name

Well, I don’t know if this is the right category or not, but I couldn’t find anything trying to do a search. Many folks have a “nickname” or label after their user names when posting. Can you lead me to find out what they mean?

I think some were self picked and I may be wrong but some may have been assigned. If I remember I
May have accomplished something special to earn the privilege of picking one

But there is some method to this. When you first join the forum you’re a “basic user.” Then, based on time and activity you move up to “Member” and “Regular.”

But at some point you can request something specific. You can ask @Robert about that.

Scroll down to see all the badges you earn and you’ll see this near the bottom.
