Pretty sure it’s a 44. She handled it well. no muzzle jump. most of them don’t have much recoil. probably the dragoon is the worst cause you can shoot more powder in it.

It took it’s time loading for me and had a couple buffering pauses but I got a chance to view it. Anyway, it looks fun! I also noticed low recoil upon firing. I’ve never shot blackpowder and would love to try it. So most blackpowders have low recoil? Is that just the nature of blackpowdered guns or are they much heavier and able to absorb the recoil better?

Depends on how much powder you use, those small frame handguns can’t hold a lot. some of the old cap lock rifles were butt stomper when loaded to the max. the new modern inlines are not bad on recoil.

Nice! She has really good trigger control.
From my experience, all other things being equal, the girls tend to be better shots than the guys.
