After getting skunked in the 2019 NV Muley draw I figured I get a Cougar Tag, Now I’m getting hooked on trying to get a harvest. No dogs, trying to call one in with my Foxpro. Anyone been successful punching their Cougar tag via calling? I’d be interested in hearing your story (Challenges and all).

Not on purpose . I called one in while turkey hunting . Did not kill it but we stared at each other over the barrel of my shotgun for awhile.

I’ve ran into a lion during a cougar hunt too. It was a little guy though.

When I go after cats it’s with dogs. Way easier. We do it just for fun and let them go quite a bit
