Yes it is!
You can plainly see it’s a fully semi partially automatic bumpstock!!! And further more it’s equipped with one of those flip thingies that make the 1700 round clipazine even more scary and dreadful, inspiring certain death simply by gazing upon it!!! Come on man! I thought you knew this stuff! It’s probably even belt fed!!!

just remember a criminal is protected under the 5th for concealed carry - he doesn’t have mention it, produce it or surrender it where you and I do, have the correct permit and inform the popo if investigated.
