We are new to shooting so just use 9mm handgun right now. We only go to an indoor range so don’t have to pick up our brass. Since you hadn’t said in your original post I was just wanting to get a little clarification.

Appreciate you asking. If you don’t ask, you won’t know! Reason we don’t need 9mm is that we get it in such large quantities. When we buy it from the ranges, usually out of about 1,000 lbs, 1/4 to 1/3 is 9mm brass. Also, 9mm is not a big seller either, so we end up scrapping a lot of it.
