Interesting moves, which one is Spook though?
Some funny stuff in there
At 2:20, the first shown range session, I thought I saw 2 hands being used. But then the camera angle changed and nope, no such thing. The off hand gets in the vicinity but after all that movement it doesn’t quite make it. Maybe it did later in the film? I confess I didn’t watch all of it. But back then there was some sort of phobia against using 2 hands.
Damn right, just not manly
Yes, I was told to do one handed shooting in the OD Army too. I can’t remember how I was taught as a LEO in the mid '70s. But if I was taught one handed I would have rejected it when the SHTF, I never practiced it. I was the one shooting all 10s in qualifications, not them (298-300, never lower than 298). But my competition gun was also my duty gun and it had work done to it. Many revolvers later it’s the only revolver I still have today.
“Never point your revolver at anyone unless you are justified.” I guess that’s why the alphabet boys switched to semi-autos.
Post of the day
I wonder if the ATF training videos cover shooting dogs?
Awww, why you reminded me???
