Perfectly legit when done at the state level. In reality the two parties have already pushed every other choice out in all 50 states so no surprise that they would want to silence the minority. Just another step towards the inevitable civil war/revolution to come.

The far left / democrats just cannot get the electoral college done away with legitimately so they use this subterfuge to get it done state-by-state. The shit is real yo, we gonna have to try and reach more people sooner rather than later folks.
