Pete Buttigieg is in the lead in Iowa. Here’s his thoughts on guns

I’m so fucking sick of the term “gun violence”. It drives me up the damn wall.

“Since when are American cities and neighborhoods supposed to be war zones?”

Since democrat policies turned inner cities into crime ridden areas where it wouldn’t be strange to be concerned over the odds of ‘catching a stray bullet’.

Since democrats pushed for section 8 housing to expand to all areas of a city, resulting in the crime spreading with it.

Since democrats began taking away the ability of law-abiding citizens to defend themselves from criminals - in some cases punishing those citizens more harshly than the criminals that were attacking them.

Since democrats began defending the rights of criminals to be criminals.

He’s a rat. Rats lie. Numbers do not.
Almost all USA violent crime and murder emanates from demonrat s*** holes.
Ruined schools, Broken families, Busted infrastructure, Deadbeat sanctuaries etc…

Seems Bernie has taken the lead, after people started pointing out that the ‘official results’ (but still just partial results) showed Bernie had fewer votes in a precinct, than the precinct had already publicly stated (state count apparently gave some of Bernie’s votes to other candidates that weren’t doing well). Since it was publicly pointed out, with numbers quoted from the precinct in question, the state count was adjusted to address the inconsistency.

Given the earlier statement that a Bernie campaign staffer made, saying they would trash the city if the party nomination was taken away from Bernie at the democrat national convention, this is likely to be an ‘interesting’ year.

…and now some in the party are calling for redoing the whole thing, because people can’t trust the results. Of course, they are doing this after it starts looking like Bernie won.

Bernie won the popular vote but Pete won the most delegates. Bernie is actually in second as far as the things that matter

The state party’s numbers showed that Pete Buttigieg would be awarded 564.012 SDEs, or state delegate equivalents, while Bernie Sanders would receive 562.497 SDEs. Sanders held a sizeable popular vote lead, though, and finished ahead of Buttigieg by a 43,671 to 37,557 vote margin. He fell behind in delegates due to Iowa’s unusual voting system that gave different delegate weights to different precincts.

Hah, I love it! More and more regular civilian dems are abandoning that party. Good riddance.

Seems that Bernie’s campaign has put out a press release declaring victory, pointing out the total votes (popular vote), and listing discrepancies in the party’s official calculations on the delegate totals.

Democrats and Socialists would love to abolish the electoral system, which would give the voting power to large left-leaning population centers.

Ponder this: The top 15 most populated states make up nearly 2/3 of the entire U.S. population.

…and look who’s in the top 15. Yikes.

You know what is scary? The dems could easily flip Texas and Arizona to go along with their flipping Virginia and Georgia. That would essentially guarantee demoncrats being elected president and congressional majorities forever.

Looks like somebody may have been told to take the blame, so that the party can try to put things behind them.
