How often do you run this type of drill as part of your training?

About once a month I spend an hour doing type 1,2 and 3 malfunction drills.

should include out of battery drills too.
First IA ( Immediate Action) is look, than preform the appropriate drill.

Every range trip and often times during new weapon evaluations… My outtakes on the 1911 reviews im currently doing are basically a malfunction drill in live action.
