My review with the two pictures I attached

I had to yell at Amazon just today, for mislabeling Shave lotion as shave balm.
Yet as play as day it says Lotion in Italian right on the box.

At the moment I’m considering my review, specifically the manner in which its not allowed to be the very definition of

18 U.S. Code § 1341 - Frauds and swindles

§1346. Definition of “scheme or artifice to defraud”

For the purposes of this chapter, the term “scheme or artifice to defraud” includes a scheme or artifice to deprive another of the intangible right of honest services.

I’m just so busy with other legal issues I have to back burner this one, the whole pick your battles bit, I’d need to employ the entire forum to battle them all, but, I do plan to return to it, they now have notice, notice to agent is notice to principal.

I tried to warn consumers the best I could that by ordering one of these

that they may get swindled as I did, and I believe there’s a legal maxim that to conceal a fraud is a fraud itself.

However… I may now understand a bit more about this story

The only explanation White has been able to receive is that she violated “Amazon policy” or “review policy,” though she says the company was unable to point to specific violations.

Those people may have also done reviews that did not meet the community guidelines.
